Dancing Into Integrity
Saturday, July 11th, 9am-4pm
Gentle movement and music to integrate body, mind, and spirit. Using authentic movement (an embodied expression of Car Jung’s active imagination), insight meditation, and Hildegard of Bingen’s “Voices of Angels”, participants will be guided in a compassionate connection with their deep inner Self.
Join Tom Camp, a St. Mary’s Sewanee favorite, on this journey of movement, music, and self reflection in a one day workshop. Lunch is provided.
Tom Camp is an ordained clergy person with an interfaith perspective, a certified yoga teacher and therapist, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and has a 40 year career practicing experiential psychotherapy and inter-faith spiritual guidance.
