The property poses serious risk serious of injury or death from falls, uneven terrain, and other natural hazards. I am 18+ years old, have adequate medical insurance, and/or understand I am giving up legal rights in reference to this waiver and release by signing this waiver.
We understand plans can change (I have read and understand the cancellation policy) *	If your plans change within 3 days/72 hours of booking, we can offer a full refund. Any cancellations made after that there is a $100 cancellation fee. There are no refunds within 7 days of the program arrival date.
